Step-by-Step SMS Service Guide

Follow these simple steps to check your policy status or register your mobile number with Meghna Life Insurance.

Step 1: Open Your SMS App

On your mobile phone, go to the messaging/SMS app.

Step 2: Enter the Destination Number

Type the following number in the recipient field:

26969

Step 3: Choose Your Action

You can send one of the following commands:

Check Policy Status: ML <Policy-Number>
Example: ML 123456-8
Register Your Number: ML REG <Policy-Number>
Example: ML REG 123456-8

Step 4: Send the SMS

After typing the correct command, press Send. Within a short time, you will receive:

A confirmation message
Your policy details or registration status

Important Notes

                This service works from any active mobile network in Bangladesh.
Be sure to enter your policy number correctly, including the dash (e.g., 123456-8).
If you encounter an error, recheck the format and try again.
